Chargers & wiring
Charger repair, connector and harness faults, and the intermittent problems that are hardest to trace.
Brakes, tyres & suspension
Brake pads and shoes, tyre replacement, shock absorbers and general running repairs.
Periodic service
Scheduled servicing to keep the warranty valid and the range where it should be.
Genuine spare parts
We stock e-bike spares retail and wholesale, so most repairs finish the same day.
How it works
No appointment needed. Bring the vehicle to the showroom in Sarthana any working day.
Bring it in
Walk in during opening hours. Tell us what the vehicle is doing, and when it started.
Free diagnosis
We check the battery, motor, controller and charger and tell you what is actually wrong.
Quote before work
You hear the price before anything is opened up. Nothing is replaced without asking you first.
Repair and test
Most jobs are same-day. We road-test before handing the vehicle back to you.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you service electric scooters bought from another dealer?
Yes. We service and repair electric two-wheelers of any brand, whether or not the vehicle came from us. A large share of our 7,500+ services are for vehicles bought elsewhere.
How much does a service cost?
Diagnosis is free. Once we know what the fault is we quote you a price, and nothing is replaced until you agree to it.
How long will my vehicle be kept?
Most repairs are finished the same day because we hold spare parts in stock. Motor rewinding or a battery pack ordered in can take longer, and we will tell you upfront.
My scooter's range has dropped. Does that mean a new battery?
Not necessarily. Reduced range can come from tyre pressure, brake drag, a failing charger or one weak cell rather than the whole pack. We test before recommending a replacement.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours, Monday to Saturday. Calling 99091 21102 first helps if it is a big job.
Something not right with your EV?
Call the service line and describe the problem. If it is something you can fix yourself, we will tell you that too.
